Patricia's ginormous house

Went to Patricia's house to record the voiceover for our project and, I have to say, her house is so so so damn big. It's cray I swear. Note that the pictures I'm posting here is not all the facilities that she has! There's a lot more.. like a home theater, a traditional Japanese-style living room with Tatami (japanese mat), a huge ass balcony and more. I'll let the rest of the pictures do the talking.

On level 1, her pool table and gym equipments. I swear her house could be a community centre.

So, she has a lift. Wow. 

Pat painted my nails for me too :)! (She has boxes full of nail polishes..)

So with all these, I conclude that she's my richest friend so far. I can't imagine myself to live in such a big and luxurious house though. But I think it'll be pretty amazing even though cleaning up the house would take forever. Oh well. Would love to go back and visit her house at Sentosa Cove again!

Topshop Lipsticks!

Hello,
I fell in love with Screen Siren from Topshop recently. This is really rare for me because I don't really fancy putting on lipstick as it is usually either too dry (Revlon) or too moisturizing (Maybelline) for me. I'd end up applying a tinted lip balm or gloss instead. But what was so different about this lipstick, other than the fact that this was a gift from a friend, is that this shade of red is really unique and fabulous (hurhurhur). It is not the classic red or the cherry red type, but it is a raspberry, vibrant red. But it isn't too vibrant and bright. Just the right shade. This is perfect for so many looks! Such as for formal events, glamour shoots or even for just a regular dress up day where you want this glamorous red to bring out your complexion and the outfit that you're wearing. The formula of the lipstick is also quite balanced such that it is not too dry or watery. Which is great for people like me with sensitive lips. Honestly, I didn't expect Topshop to have such great lipsticks because well, it is a boutique which sells clothes primarily. But I guess I thought wrong! I will definitely go back and purchase more lipsticks from Topshop! I guess since I'm studying marketing, Topshop didn't really market their cosmetics in Singapore that's why I had the misconception that it'll just be an OK quality product. Oh, and it costs SGD$19 which is quite a reasonable price because drugstore lipsticks are also around this price or maybe $1 or $2 less. But gurl, the quality for this lipstick is really really way better than drugstore lipsticks. At least in my opinion.

Yet another day in School

It is the time of the year where everyone is rushing their final projects, mugging all the way. Even though it is so tedious and exhausting, I have to admit, I still enjoy my course and whatever I am doing. Group work is another problem. It gets so frustrating when there are social loafers in your group. They do not understand how a certain piece of work is important to you. Like as though, all they want to do is just pass. Please, blame me for being too diligent because just pass is really not good enough. I'd rather sacrifice a few weeks of fun and slack than waste my entire life of opportunity away. Well, for all future freshies, in poly, everything is accounted for and your GPA stays with you for your entire life. So... social loafers and freeloaders please, I will cut you.

Anyway, Chinese New Year is coming! So excited! I'm pretty sure you know what I'm excited for :B. Just wanna celebrate and finish everything. Can't wait for holidays to come. Freedom once again.
